Slice number issue in the simulation

Hi,

I have model with 74A thickness.

I want to run simulation for only one slice as 74A.

When I select that, the simulation does not run.

I did change the number of slice to 10 slice and 20 slice, the software does work find.

Does anyone know why the software does not run when I do only one slice?
