Saving wave functions for all slices during STEM simulation

Dear All,

I am running a STEM simulation for one unit cell of Ag in [110] zone axis. I am using 20 TDS runs. In this case, I am interested in looking at average wave function (sum of 20 wavefunctions corresponding to each TDS run) at all the slices corresponding to each probe position. I am using "save level" 2. However, after the end of the simulation, only the wavefunction at each slice of the final TDS run is saved, but the not for the other TDS runs. Is there a way to save the wavefunctions for all the TDS runs instead of only the final TDS run?
