Information or document about Model Building + how accurate strain mapping

Hi all, 

I am new to QSTEM. And I love it. I transferred from other software because it does not serve my purpose. 

I want to know if there is a document about model building(MB). Have anyone tried to build a core-shell structure using the MB tool. 

I did find in the model properties section a feature called strain mapping? How accurate is that. If anyone has info or doc about this, it will be great, though. 

The document on the official website is great for starters, but I need more info about the above mentions.
