Dear Prof. Koch,
I am trying to run your QSTEM software based on window 10 based on your tutorials. I could easily install it and its straight forward to run it too.
The only problem which I am facing is related to the output. Even the run is successful and I properly define the directory to print image files. The code doesn't print out image files. I am not sure what error I am making. Sometimes it just prints output from detectors but not proper STEM images.
I may be making some silly mistake. Could you please enlighten me?
