WHY we say NO to Valentine's Day?
• INNOVATED Festival: Apart from the two Eids, any festival, whether specific to a person, a group, an event or any other reason - is an Innovated festival.
• IMITATING the Disbelievers: If we add to this fabricated festival, the fact that it is one of the festivals of the disbelievers, then this amounts to Sin upon Sin, because it entails imitating the disbelievers.
• INFATUATION: Valentine's Day promotes infatuation, and calls for hearts to be pre-occupied with Haraam matters that lead to immorality.
