Is QSB dead

I know this was asked early last year but wanted to see where it stands now?  Is this project dead?

pretty dead, but I still use it. i just turn off search results from Spotlight and use it as a websearch short cut,  it's what i's most useful for.

Double tap cmd and search!  Even in Lion if you double tap cmd from a full screen app, you won't see the QSB bar, but you can still type in your search and press enter, and it will still search.
