Hello!
Thank you for
agreeing to participate in MSU Friday on October 16, 2009! You will be
providing an extremely valuable service to our prospective students. The
Extravaganza will last from 1:05 – 1:45 p.m. in SUB Ballrooms ABCD.
You will be able to set up any time after noon
in the SUB Ballrooms, but please be set up no later than 12:45 p.m.
As mentioned in the invitation to participate, tables
and small signs identifying your organization/service will be set up for you.
Please provide a representative, display (including a sign or banner) and
anything you would like to hand out to the students and their parents.
You
may reserve any special equipment (i.e. VCR, extension cord, etc.) by
contacting SUB Reservations at 994-3081 and providing them with your account
charge number. Just let Reservations know the equipment is for the MSU
Friday Extravaganza, and they will have it there.
