I sent my DC-3001 order. 

(1)  Does this radio provide for selecting a fixed amount of ATTENUATION for receive, (as most rigs have this). Very useful for eliminating noise on lower bands when signals are very strong. 

(2)  Could someone send me the link for the DC-3001 instruction manual? I'm unable to locate on the QRPver site.

The documentation is on the QRPVer site for the product.  There was also a printed copy that was sent along with my radio when it shipped.
It is a great little radio that is very portable.

No... there is no attenuator on the Minion Mini.
But, playing with the filters width I can remove nearly all unwanted noises...
