Problems with kivy and pygame modules on qpython and qpython3

I'm trying to get some sort of GUI working on qpython but I'm having a lot of trouble.

I went into pip and typed this in qpython:

Pip install kivy-qpython

Then I get a download for pygame and kivy but at the end I get a error message

It doesn't make sense since there are sample files with both pygame modules and kivy already installed... so why cant I download them or import them???
