Hi Lawrence - QPP accepts QPP JSON, QPP XML and QRDA III XML files. It appears your file is not in one of these acceptable formats.

You can find the specifications for the QPP JSON and XML formats at the link below:

I have one patient in the live data set that will not validate.  It needs a IPP, DENOM and DENEX.  From manually reviewing the source QRDA and the generated QRDA I am not understanding why it won't.

This is in my case Emily Stevens though I suspect the names may vary.  She has three duplicate files in the input data set and which I de-dup so that I only have one instance of each encounter, concern and other data.  I have attached a zip file with the source QRDA and my output if anyone with more experience would be willing to take a look and advise.  I have cross checked the dates and times, codes and valuesets and certainly from my perspective it should count.  I am thinking it must be something structural that I am missing.  The other four patients in the input data set are all passing.

Regards and thanks, Lawrence
