Promoting Interoperability and Improvement Activities - Submission Questions

I've few questions regarding the submission for Improvement Activities (IA) and Promoting Interoperability (PI), 

1. Do we need to submit only the answered questions in IA  and PI ?

   
     1.1. Is it okay to submit unanswered questions in IA as false by default.

2. In PI - what should be the default value for the Numerator & Denominator for a question that is unanswered while making a submission.

Hi Vishak,

Yes, you should only submit measures for which you have information to submit against. I would not recommend submitting measures that have no information unless there is a special scenario you need to report against. So in that case, I would recommend not submitting a proportional PI measure if the outcome is 0.
