Questions on All-Cause Hospital Readmission

Hi - can you help me with these questions:

• Is the All-Cause Hospital Readmission clause allowing reporting of 7 measures still applicable for 2018?  
• Is this the same as measure number 356, "Unplanned Hospital Readmission within 30 Days of Principal Procedure"?
• Is logic for allowing the 7 measures already built into the Submission API and reflected in submission results?

I don't believe that 356 is the All-Cause Hospital Readmission measure, which is under measureId 458 in the 2018 repository. This comes from Administrative Claims though, so I'm not sure that it's reported externally.

Thanks for the response Sarah.  Do you know if the allowing of reporting of 7 measures is still applicable for 2018 when one is the All-Cause Hospital Readmission measure, and if so, does the API support this?

I'm not really sure what you mean by allowing of reporting of 7 measures, but this sounds like a policy question and as such should be sent to the QPP Help Desk who you can reach at Q...@cms.hhs.gov.
