Quantum31 is valid measure but receiving invalid response from API during submission

Hello,

We are attempting to send Quantum31 as one of the measures in our submission and we received the following validation error. We submitted this same measure last week and were successful and I have confirmed in your published measures repo for 2018 that Quantum31 is valid. Please look into this:

Please change to all capital case: QUANTUM31.

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for the quick response and we will try all uppercase. However, this was pascal casing before (i.e. Quantum31) and your repo reflected that. I see 6 days ago that the change was made to make the measures all uppercase. Was this communicated out to anyone?
