Issue in POST request For QPP Developer cms version

HI Ivana!,

I am posting request on 

https://preview.qpp.cms.gov/api/submissions/submissions

by using authorization bearer token for developer testing purpose. i want to submit a test resource through POST.

Facing issue in call while i am using same call as told way in https://preview.qpp.cms.gov/api/submissions/public/docs/?_ga=2.63498604.2141817379.1574079133-48522234.1573734688#/Submissions/createSubmission

facing issue in test call.

can you tell me what issue i am facing or how to use web token API Key for POst Requests?

If you are testing as a registry org user, you cannot POST to /submissions. Please read through our documentation here for more information and check out our tutorial: https://cmsgov.github.io/qpp-submissions-docs/
