Trouble with measure 238

Hi all!  Hoping for some wisdom on the inverse measure Use of High Risk Medications in the Elderly (measureID 238).  The source data in the EHR shows a numerator of 0 and a denominator of 977.  Our JSON file for this measure looks like screenshot below.

The QPP system seems to be having trouble reading it properly and we're wondering what we're doing wrong?  Attaching the CSV output showing blank columns and a note at the end.

Question:  Are we missing something in the JSON file text to help the system interpret the measure properly?
