Submission of QPP Json for Quality

HI,
I have a quick question. I am trying to submit the JSON generated from the EMR and it shows upload successful. But when I reload my screen I am not seeing any measures that are uploaded with their numerator and denominator values. Is their any specific time after I can see the information how does the quality part works.

No that is not what I am asking. Let me rephrase again.

1.  Is EMR allowed to export the data in JSON format and upload the JSON file on the QPP site by going manually to the QPP Quality link and submitting the result in JSON format

2. Is there a manual way of uploading the Quality data or it has to be in QRDA CAT III format if the file is exported from an EMR
