Confirmed bugs:
Quality contribution to MIPS score is wrong (60% of what it should be).
Quality points are allowed to exceed the cap (e.g., allowing a score of 65 points, when the cap is 60).
Quality additional high priority measures bonus is computed incorrectly (sometimes).
Quality CEHRT bonus is computed incorrectly (grants bonus even if minimum cases aren't met).
Multi-strata Quality measures are computed incorrectly (e.g., for 238, only uses the 2+ stratum, not the overall).
Possible bugs:
Quality rounding inconsistencies.
Agree to disagree:
Computations for double-weight ACI measures.
Logic errors with ACI rounding.
Whether or not to allow multiple timeframes within a category + submission method.
