Adam,
Just checking. You're hitting the Developer Preview (test) environment but at a glance, the TIN and NPI don't look to be from a test scenario. DevPre contains no production data. If you're using real values, it would explain the "bad NPI" response.
Are these real production values? Reminder that real TINs are considered PII and should not be posted in Google Groups. If the TIN is real, please edit the Google Group post and remove it.

We had to delete your post as the TIN you posted looked like a real TIN. We cannot post real TINs in the Google Group. Please repost your question without using real TINs. Thank you.
