Hello,

We are an EHR Vendor-

We keep getting failed responses when trying to upload QRDA files to qpp.cms.gov.

They are worded saying codes do not exist. My programmer is saying he needs to know what the correct codes are for the following measures:

ECPHI- Security Risk Analysis

EPRES- Syndromic Surveillance Reporting

DEPSC- Depression Screening

Can anyone give us the correct codes please so we can submit these reports for our clients??

Thank you!

Could you elaborate? Are these for specific measures? Our measures repo is here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/CMSgov/qpp-measures-data/master/measures/measures-data.json but the names you've provided don't correspond with a measureId we have there.

Here are the identifiers:
ACI_PPHI_1           Security Risk Analysis
ACI_PHCDRR_2   Syndromic Surveillance Reporting

IA_BMH_4             Depression Screening

In addition to the measure repo link that Sarah provided, the identifiers for IA and ACI could be found in Table 48 and Table 49 of the 2017 CMS QRDA III IG (https://ecqi.healthit.gov/system/files/eCQM_QRDA_EC-508_0.pdf).

Hi Paige,

For EHR vendors to see data submitted by a provider you'll need an EIDM account for which the provider has given you a PQRS Submitter role.

Thank you.

What does the error message:  “User is not authorized to view any submissions” mean? I made sure I registered myself with either a “Individual Practitioner” or “Security Official” role specifically for the fact I could upload these reports for our clients.

Thank you,
