QPP participation tool shows 2 different status on same provider on the same PY 2018

Hi,

If we go to https://qpp.cms.gov/participation-lookup and enter NPI 1063416410 one will see this at https://qpp.cms.gov/participation-lookup?npi=1063416410   (2018 Participation Status - 4 TINs, no APMs):

If one then clicks on the PY 2018 tab:  https://qpp.cms.gov/participation-lookup?npi=1063416410&py=2018
one will see 2018 Participation Status - 5 TINs and 2 APMs:

This is a problem because on the first case, the clinician will not know the participation status for 1 TIN and 2 APMS.

Hi Paulo,

This can happen when the connection to the APM data times out. I've forwarded your post to the team though for their tracking and to add a message for when this happens so people will not assume the information shown is complete. For now, you may need to refresh a couple times.
