QCDR token - unable to retrieve Submission (GET)

I have two categories to submit: IA and Quality Measures.

i am using QCDR token, and was able to submit a Submission successfully for IA and QM.

but when i trying to retrieve the Submission for both i am getting below error:

when i try same with QR token everything works seamlessly.

can you please help me solving this.

i was able to resolve this by adding additional submissions to the endpoint, from the post below:
