Sandbox availability to test QRDA III file through API

While on a call with Jonathan Sullivan in July, he mentioned that the API will be updated during 3rd quarter to accept QRDA-III submission files.  When will this functionality be available within the Sandbox for testing with documentation?

Hi Scott. We are still working out the delivery date for availability of QRDA III functionality. We are envisioning two testing opportunities. One with a manual file upload UI and another with API submission. What functionality would be most useful to you?
