is submitted IA data disappearing from QPP ?

Hi,

We noticed this so far with 2 users.:

1- First user with submitted IA data that disappeared from QPP:

Our registry submitted IA data thought the API on 1/25/2018 and we got the following submission ids:

Submission ID: afca4e39-4850-4431-ad05-65b2be86086d

Category: IA (02534d5c-3294-466f-b11f-c655f3d1ea35 / registry)
From 2017-05-01 to 2017-07-31
• IA_CC_2 (02534d5c-1311-40c1-8b5f-9f7f774136fa)  
• IA_EPA_3 (02534d5c-1964-49f7-8b3b-d9846a234c97)

Today we noticed that the IA measures were no longer on the QPP website. 

So today we re-submitted the IA data.

2- Second user:

Our registry submitted IA data thought the API on 1/22/2018 and we got the following submission ids:

Submission ID: 5d5e7b8b-449e-4d0d-9e49-c81881357a21

Category: IA (0243a052-54a5-4c87-b4c1-3a7b88efbe64 / registry)
From 2017-01-01 to 2017-10-26
• IA_CC_1 (0243a052-1d68-4f39-91c3-5e3832f8723b)  
• IA_PSPA_6 (0243a052-1731-4ead-84f6-1277dbb68475)

On 3/15/2018 we noticed that IA_CC_1 had disappeared from QPP.

We re-submitted the data on 3/15/2018

Does QPP have logs regarding these submissions that could show what happened?

Can you write to CMS at Q...@cms.hhs.gov as we'll need more information to figure out what's going on. Please include any relevant screen shots and step by step instructions with PII removed to reproduce the error you're encountering.

Is the data there when you call a GET to the /submissions endpoint in the API? Also, please make sure you're viewing the data on the QPP website under the registry tab:

Hey Paolo,

We looked into this and it appears that both were deleted by a PUT with an empty measure set for IA. As for your ask, it does seem that once eligibility is integrated, it will return the updated score.
