Measures submitted from Speciality Measure Set

If any submission has measures from specific measure set(s) then denominator points should be recalculated instead of 60.

For example, measures are 128, 130, 131, and 182 which are belongs to "Physical Medicine" and "Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy" measure sets.

In this case denominator points should be 40 instead of 60 because only 4 measures are available from these 2 combined measure-sets. Currently in score preview denominator points are considered as 60 points for these measures.

Can you please look into this and confirm?

EMA is only applied in the instance of a single Clinical Cluster or Specialty Set that contains less than 6 measures. EMA will not be applied if combining Clusters / Sets or using multiple submission methods. Please let me know if I can provide any additional information.
