Is there any API to validate NPI & TIN combination for individual submission?

Hi Team,

Is it a liability of a QCDR vendor to validate the NPI and TIN are used for individual submission are valid?

If so, Is there any API to validate this?

A1: This is a policy question that would need to be answered by the QPP Service Center at q...@cms.hhs.gov or 866-288-8292.

Q2: Is there any API to validate this?

A2: The API does not validate the NPI and TIN.
