I am unable to get ACI even thought the base measures and pre attestation checks are there.It is reweighting the ACI category to 0% and Quality category to 85% Can you let me know if I am missing something in the below request?

I think it is the below... but decide this for yourself.
We reweighted the Advancing Care Information performance category to 0% of the final score and reallocate the weight to the Quality performance category if there are not sufficient measures applicable and available for a clinician. Hi Chaitanya, Shane,
The reason why you got Zero ACI score is due to reweighting. If there is an ACI hardship application is pending, at the moment we reweight the ACI score to 0.

Anyway, fake provider/eligibility profiling is going to go away pretty soon and also, we are going to ignore hardship reweighting when an ACI measure gets send in as part of your submissions.

Hi Chaitanya,
This is actually functionality we are currently working on, but if you submit data you will receive a score for ACI, even if you have reweighting. The submission of any data discards the reweight for ACI. In your case we are showing a score of 90 for ACI, it is just not being applied since the functionality above does not exist. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
