Scoring for Quality

Hi Team,

I have attached two screen shots of quality measures with their performance rates and scores received.

On Comparing we found the providers have similar performance rate for Influenza immunization and 1 provider has got 10 scores and the other provider this measure was not picked and the other measure was picked in which they got 5 scoring points.

Could you please verify once that the current scoring logic holds good in this case ?
