Clarification regarding Calculation of 2019 Promoting Interoperability (PI) Measure Scoring algorithm.

Please go though the attached PDF , where we have mentioned all the scenarios how does the PI calculation performed. If you find any scenarios which is wrong in calculation Then please 

Please Let us know, so that we will correct our self to understand the calculation of PI and it's Exclusion.
