Not Getting Score While submitting ACI Transition measure

While we submit the Measures of ACI on https://qpp-submissions-sandbox.navapbc.com/v1/ 

and we are able get the Score , 

But when we are submitting the ACI Transition Measures on  https://qpp-submissions-sandbox.navapbc.com/v1/

we are not able to get the score , we are getting 0 always.

Please help.

Please find the attached files in which i have mentioned the steps thorugh which i perform to get the score of ACI measures , and ACI Transition measure.

when you go through both files, you will find the aci transition measures submission's  score always give me the 0, and aci measures submission give proper result.

Hi 

There are 2 instances when ACI score will return ZERO. 

Case 1: You are getting reweighted to zero because you have a pending or approved ACI hardship application. 

Case 2: All the required pre-attestation OR base measures are not submitted.

Your scoring output shows that you are not affected by the reweighting scenarios (i.e "Case 1"). There is a chance that your "fake TIN" may fall in ACI hardship. I have explained here (https://groups.google.com/d/msgid/qpp-apis/2f7af4cd-7853-4761-b82e-14617439aca3%40googlegroups.com) how we use digits in TIN to mock test scenarios. 

In your case, it is "Case 2". 11 measures were submitted but you forgot to include the required "pre-attestation" measures (ACI_INFBLO_1, ACI_ONCDIR_1). I have shared the following spreadsheet with ACI measures with required or not indication ( https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qelEpmtsKpk8U3D72HerdIxXQebnK-jYcyLV8hZijXs/edit?usp=sharing).

I believe you are just playing around with the API. I noticed in "ACI Measures Submission Steps.docx" that you are passing data for both measure and corresponding exclusion measure. Example ACI_EP_1 & ACI_LVPP_1, its okay but logically you are supposed to send only one.
