we are working on MIPS 2019 rules to plugin in our application, and also for submission we are Planning to test on sandbox, but as we have checked the 2019 performance year  is not yet accepted. So When the API will Accept the 2019 Submission on Sandbox. ?

Hi,

The Developer Preview will remain open, but as you've noticed is still reflecting 2018 scoring logic. We hope to launch 2019 scoring logic by the fall of this year. I'll post more about 2019 availability here when I have concrete details to share.
