After 01/13/2020, multiple clients have come to us complaining that they are getting "N/A" in downloaded report of Promoting Interoperability (PI) category reports from QPP web portal. They have selected both mandatory options of Prevention of Blocking attestation as well as ONC Direct review as "Yes", and yet this appears N/A. We do check the JSON and both mandatory attestation measures are present in JSON file as "True". We never received such complaints before 01/13/2020 and actually, both attestation measures are appearing with Yes before 01/13/202.
Data is submitted by practice by exporting JSON file from EHR and manually uploaded in QPP portal.
Is it something that the practice would require to resubmit the PI category again once the issue is identified and rectified? is this issue is from QPP side?
