How to submit both Quality (PQRS) measure and eCQM measure having same measureid for a provider NPI/TIN combination

Hi,

We are a registry that submits for providers who get to pick PQRS measures(Quality) and/or eCQM measures to report. Last year we submitted xml file for PQRS measures and QRDA CAT III for eCQM measures. This year we will be submitting using the API route in the QPP data format that can be used to report both PQRS and eCQM measures. I am trying to figure out how to submit for a provider say he/she has selected both PQRS 001 and CMS122 to submit as I can see a same measureid value of "001" that will go in the JSON performance data. Will there be a way to distinguish between the two in the submission file for this kind of scenarios? Should I use QRDA CAT III format for eCQM submission and only do QPP format for PQRS (Quality) measure submission.
