How do we know the Quality Measure have Multi stratum performance rate or not?

Anyone can let me know, How  do we know the Quality Measure is  Multi stratum performance rate or not?

If you look at a measure in https://raw.githubusercontent.com/CMSgov/qpp-measures-data/master/measures/measures-data.json, you'll notice that each one has a field called metricType. If metricType == multiPerformanceRate, then it is a multi-stratum performance rate measure.
