Subject: Invitation to the conference "Near-term quantum computing 2020(+3)"
To:

Dear collegues,

I am writing to you on behalf of the scientific consortium “Near-term quantum computers” established between a number of Polish institutions working in the field of quantum information science (see https://nisq.pl/ for details).

We are organising the Workshop: Near-term Quantum Computing 2023 that will take place at the Zielna Center in Warsaw on 22-24 March 2023. The conference aims at bringing world-class experts working on quantum computing, especially those focusing on characterising the computational power and investigating possible practical applications of quantum computing devices consisting of a limited number of imperfect qubits. The scope of the workshop is all theoretical, experimental, computational and conceptual approaches to the problem. Contributions from all branches of physics, mathematics, information theory and computer science that have bearing on the objective are welcome. The format of the workshop will be invited talks complemented by the poster session.

The web page of the conference is available at https://nisq2023.cft.edu.pl/ and the registration is already open. There is no registration fee, but there will be a participation fee; information on the payment method will be posted on the web page in the near future, and will also be sent out to registered participants.

Please forward the link to anyone potentially interested. And please consider participating yourselves, if you find the topic interesting.

With best regards, and hope to see you at this event,
Michał Oszmaniec
