This Saturday, the It’s Academic Team is on Channel 4 at 10:30am in a playoff match. Watch at 10:30 to see who wins!! Our team is coached by Mr. Josh Schuman and our "A Team" members are Nat Rubin, Tanay Wakhare and Logan Feingold (these 3 will be on TV), Ben Meit and Spencer Tabit.
On that same day, while their playoff match is airing, they will be taping the championship round (The top 3 out of 81 teams from the DC area) and they welcome members of our community to join the studio audience.. Come support our team live at 10:45 at NBC4 studios at 4001 Nebraska Ave, NW. Best of Luck to the QO It's Academic Team!!
Academic Achievers -- For the 3rd marking period, students will be receiving a Congratulations letter for Honor Roll, Straight As, .5+ Improved GPA, A in an AP Class and/or Perfect Attendance during Advisory Period next week. We will be giving them a treat and will be raffling off a few gift cards to Academic Achiever Students in each grade and a Reserved Parking spot out front to 2 Seniors for the remainder of the year.
If you wish to donate (and I realize you are being asked to donate a lot over the next month) a gift card to be raffled off, please sign up below. $20 gift cards to local places students like are appreciated. Please put in an envelope marked PTSA - Academic Achievers - and leave in the front office before Monday morning at 8AM.

Our final PTSA Meeting is next Tuesday at 7pm. More information coming soon on guest speakers and a great raffle! Please plan to attend--we will be voting on next year's officers.
