What place, outside the rooms,do you go to when you need to get "centered" ? When was the last time you visited this place ? What brought about the need for the trip there ?

Normal daily stress is enough to bring on the need for “centering”.  I have a number of different personalities that I must deal with throughout the work day and sometimes it can be a challenge to remain calm and collected.  I have a number of different ways and places to help with getting centered.   Sometimes all it takes is the Serenity Prayer.   A workout after work always helps ease the stress and can be much like meditation in helping to quiet my mind and getting me back to center.  Now that spring is in the air I always enjoy a good hike in the woods and I always feel closer to my H.P. in that setting.  Just sitting and reading a book or just sitting and being quiet (when I get that chance) help to get me back on center.   I think the key for me is just finding some solitude and the location is not all that important.

Love,

Jon P.

I don't believe a particular place is required to become " Centered " . I can pray and meditate almost anywhere that it is quiet and that's usally all it takes for me to obtain my equilibrium and peace of mind.
