What`s the last thing you said outloud that you wish you hadn`t ? Who did you say it to ? What was their reaction? Do you owe an amend?

I’m not exactly sure what the last one was, but one that stands out is that I told my wife “quit being such a retard”. Very offensive on a number of levels and something that I could barely believe came out of my mouth. Definitely not very spiritual. I think you can imagine my wife’s reaction, hurt and angry. I don’t believe I made amends right away but I did make amends and I have learned that my character defects are always at hand and need constant work to be removed.
