Hello Everyone,
As there is less than a week to go for CEA fest 2013 I want everything to be on tips. Put up a mail by tomorrow afternoon with a word file as attachment containing:-

1. Name of event.
2. No of teams who have registered.
3. No. of teams shortlisted.
4. Judges - Their Names.
5. Prize money how is going to be distributed,
6. Venue.
7. Time slot.
   
8. No. of volunteers and their names + roll no.
9. Materials which have not been purchased or any requirement not taken care of.
   
10. Things required on the day of event like some print outs etc.
11. For IDP mention the complete details of the sponsor and explain the current status..
    
12. School Kids festival mention the details of each competition happening serial wise, the classes involved and the prizes for each of them separately.
    

If you have any query send it directly to my ID. I want the final doc to be there on this thread only by tomorrow night.

You have to take the complete responsibility for your event. There shouldn't be any last minute crib. Visualize everything and try to understand everyone's position. Be flexible but get everything done on time. Don't come up issues like other event didn't complete on time so my event got late. If you see such a thing can happen better talk to that coordinator before rather than complaining about it.

Take responsibility don't try to shift it onto someone's shoulder (FR, Co-coordinator, sponsor, Judges).
