EVENT Write-up - Checking with professors

Hi all,

Small work during quizzes. Make your event coordinators do the following

• Send a mail to professor concerned with that event to take an appointment
  
• Show the website write ups to professor and ask him to check whether it is okay.
• It is better if you go with them, but its your choice. Make sure atleast they do it

Ask them to send the mails to professor's immediately so that they can get an appointment on this Monday.

Tell them quiz is not an excuse as it takes less than half an hour to do this.

Updates:

1.IDP: Mailed the write up to prof Gettu and he has approved it.

2.DOH BTCM: They dont have a particular prof for it. They have contacted Radha Krishna Pillai sir initially and he considers showing writeup isnt necessary.
