Works to be done this December:

• Sponsorship and public relations
  
• Make sure the coords follow up with companies and update the spreadsheets. If someone does not update the spreadsheet, just call that coord and pain him. If he does not listen complain to the core.
• Paper Presentation
• Post the timeline by 23:59 on 25.11.2012. Have a meeting with them or call them and fix the timeline.
• Create a google group for this Event . name of the group - Modelling - CEA 2012-13 and group mail - pape...@googlegroups.com
• DOH Geotech
• Have a meeting with them or call them and fix the timeline. Make sure that they have met the professors and are finalize the work they need to do.
  
• Anusha(Super coord) have already met profs. Just ask her what all she discussed with prof in brief and post in on this thread as well as in the DOH Geotech google group.
• DOH write ups should be submitted to events core by 24th night. Make sure that they do it atleast by 25th.
• General
