@QMS Events: Please share this spreadsheet with the events team and ask them to contact the allotted facilities coordinators right away. And also ask them to fill up the booking status once the booking is done. Also ask them to mail the requirements to the F&R coords cc'ing them to me (dheere...@gmail.com).

I have already asked suraj to pass on the message to events group but many people keep calling me up regarding the booking. Please pass it on asap.
