[bug] Playlist update at connection to another MPD host

Hello developers,

I discovered a bug on the play-list update handling during reconnection to
another MPD host. The behavior is reproduce-able.

Connect QMPDClient to a host (e.g. localhost), use "MPD -> Connect to ->
another host" (e.g living-room). The result will be a connection to "living-
room", but with the play-list from "localhost".

If you use "MPD -> Disconnect" and "MPD -> Connect to -> "living-room" the
result will be a connection to living-room with the play-list from living-
room.

Therefore it seems that some function which reads the play-list from the MPD
server is not called if QMPDClient connects to a different host when there is
an already existing connection.

QMPDClient version: 1.2.2

It would be very nice to have the play-list updated properly when a connection
to a different host is established. It's a small issue, as it works properly
with disconnecting first, but it would be nice to see it solved.
