I am using qmail toaster and having problem with duplicate emails for
mailing lists user.
For example:
If mailing list a...@example.com has 2 recipients: te...@example.com and
te...@example.com
and another mailing list x...@example.com has 2 recipients: te...@example.com
& te...@example.com
now if someone send mail to a...@example.com & x...@example.com then receipent
te...@example.com receiving duplicate emails.
Kindly suggest if there is any way to stop duplicate mails for qamil
forwarders/mailing lists.
-Tarique
You should receive 2 copies of the message if your subscribed to both
lists so there is no actual problem here to be fixed.
Shane
Thanks for the reply.
But is there any way to check/remove duplicate mail system wide or for
particular mailbox/user.
Thanks,
Tarique
None that I can think of off hand. Someone else may have an idea, but
its probably going to be a hack seeing as your trying
to change the correct behaviour.
Shane
Thanks,
Tarique

Personally, I would tell them to deal with it is how it should work or
to unsubscribe from one of the lists.
Shane
Hi,
Short answer is no because they will have different message id's. Long
anwser yes, if you want to seperate the headers from the body message
then compare the body messages.

Tarique
