Zoom audio set up

I'm hooking up QLab to Zoom using this guide https://qlab.app/tutorials/qlab-zoom-guide/

I have headphones plugged into my mac:

And headphones selected in Zoom:

But after selecting ZoomAudioDevice, I only hear the output through my MacBook speakers:

On another note, I cannot seem to select a MIC input (even the default MacBook mic). 

I have got round this by using the mic input in Zoom, but it seems to mess around with it so I thought it simpler if the entire thing was run through QLab
