Why not use something that generates MIDI natively on the iOS device rather than have to run another client in between the device and QLab, eg:
I have more MIDI generators on my iPhone than I can remember, and they were almost all free...
For more traditional wireless MIDI, we've used the Kenton devices on many occasions, and this bit of kit has been favourably mentioned on various lists over the years:
We talked a while back about keyfobs to relays to F8 to MIDI too.
It really depends what you need from a "wireless MIDI trigger"...
