IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A COLOR DIFFERENT FROM BLACK WHEN BLACKOUT IS DONE WITH PANIC BUTTON OR WITH ESC?

I presume you have your surfaces set to render a black background when no cues are playing?

Turn that off and set the desktop background for that output to whatever color you want.
