I am new to qlab and have trialled the free version successfully for playing music files along with simultaneous video (the video feature is of course not "saveable")
My question is;
If a set up a series of cues (including related video cues) and save the workplace environment - - and THEN LATER purchase the full or rental version .. will the video cues be 're-enabled' when I open the environment again after inputting the licence key?
Or will I have to reload and set up everything again?
Thanks,
Gary.

Yes, this will work just fine. You can build a workspace without a license, and save it, and then later when you have a license it will reactivate the saved cues that needed that license.
