Hello.
I would really appreciate some help regarding the use of OSC from QLab to ETC Cobalt.
We can get the "/mainplayback/..." strings to work, but nothing else, e.g. "/fader/...", "/flash/..." etc.
What we ideally would like to do is to trig a Go for a specific cue in Cobalt, but I don't know if it's even possible.
As I said, any help on this would be most appreciated.

You can do that using midi cues. Tick the "Program change" box in play settings. then you can tell Qlab to trigger 127 different sequence steps i cobalt.

Ha det bra!

Tack Patrik
I can definitely do this with midi cues but since Cobalt is supposed to be able to take OSC I would prefer to use this. Distance and other things prevents us from using midi without network adapters.

Have you looked at the full manual?

Seems like you can't go directly to a preset; however, you can execute a macro. Perhaps you can use the macro to get what you want?
Remember that OSC is built as [Address] Space [Value]. So you're flash example should like like this:
/masters/flash/X 1
/masters/flash/X 0

Hi Drew.
Thanks for your input. I have looked at the full manual and we have tried your examples. Both without decimals as in your suggestion and with decimals as in the ETC manual. Still no luck I'm afraid.
The macro idea is probably the way to go. Thanks for that.
