Or you can drag the Audio cue from the Toolbox (sidebar) into the cue list, then drag the target file onto the cue's line, or click the up arrow in the Target column of the cue to call up a file browser.
Video/pictures work the same way.
You can't drag right out of iTunes, but you can certainly use the actual files within your iTunes Media folder.

Here you will find a sample workspace along with video walkthroughs.
Going through all these will help you learn about the basics along
with the more advanced features. There are a lot really cool and
useful features and tools that untill you really dig into the program
you will not find unless someone shows you. Hope these help you along.
