Apply external effects from Resolume or Notch in Qlab

Hello. I'd like to use external effects from Resolume, Notch or touchdesigner. Is this possible? Could it be done via Syphon? Right now, I'm thinking about capturing the Resolume output and applying effects to top layers on top of the ones I have in Qlab, but this would require a delay. In the show I'm currently working on, I have several LED screens mapped using multiple outputs. One is 4K, where I'm mapping multiple surfaces, and another is 1080P. Could I use Resolume or Notch without delay?
